Por eso, en estos momentos, el equipo de Gobierno est\u00e1 en negociaciones permanentes con el Ministerio. Hacienda exige al Ayuntamiento reducir el presupuesto en cap\u00edtulos como en el 1, donde se concentra casi el 60% del gasto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Tal como se desprende del informe del la intervenci\u00f3n general, que se adjunta a la nota , se\u00f1ala que \u00abdicha necesidad de financiaci\u00f3n en el ejercicio 2014 se produjo exclusivamente como consecuencia de diversas Sentencias del Tribunal Supremo y\/o Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Madrid, que declaran al Ayuntamiento de Alcorc\u00f3n de las deudas derivadas de las expropiaciones del Ensanche Sur realizada en 2006, por un importe estimado de 39.703.676,57 euros de principal y 16.254.119,12 euros de intereses de demora a 31 de diciembre de 2014\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 11.25pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Adem\u00e1s, el informe refleja que \u00abcomo consecuencia de las Sentencias se\u00f1aladas, se realiz\u00f3 en la estabilidad presupuestaria un ajuste negativo de -55.957.795,69 euros, que es lo que provoc\u00f3 el&nbsp; incumplimiento del principio de estabilidad presupuestaria en el a\u00f1o 2014.
