espaldarazo para defender tanto los derechos de los compradores y consumidores y, al mismo tiempo, promover conductas responsables entre los comercios de la ciudad para que se establezca una relaci\u00f3n entre ambos en la que se eviten problemas en las transacciones\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial;\">Recomendaciones<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Todos los bienes y servicios puestos a disposici\u00f3n de los consumidores y usuarios deben incorporar informaci\u00f3n veraz, eficaz y suficiente sobre sus caracter\u00edsticas esenciales. Adem\u00e1s, es una obligaci\u00f3n del empresario antes de realizar la compra o adquisici\u00f3n de bienes o servicios, poner a disposici\u00f3n del consumidor y usuario de forma clara, comprensible y adaptada documentos en el que se incluya todo el desglose de los gastos que debe asumir el cliente, impuestos incluidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial;\">Ofertas y descuentos<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Hay que recordar que el consumidor mantiene los mismos derechos y el empresario las mismas obligaciones en periodos de rebajas o con productos en oferta. En estos casos deben ser p\u00fablicos las fechas de inicio y final de la acci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como las condiciones de pago, d\u00eda de entrega y, por supuesto, las garant\u00edas ofrecidas. Tambi\u00e9n es esencial conocer la pol\u00edtica de cambios y devoluciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">En los contratos con consumidores y usuarios se entregar\u00e1 siempre recibo justificante, copia o documento acreditativo con las condiciones de la operaci\u00f3n, incluidos los datos de contrataci\u00f3n, aceptadas y firmadas por el consumidor y usuario, cuando \u00e9stas sean utilizadas en la contrataci\u00f3n. Siempre tenemos que contar con las facturas, tickets o albaranes de entrega para poder realizar las reclamaciones pertinentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;\">Reclamar y denunciar las posibles irregularidades en materia de consumo es un derecho. Todas las empresas deben disponer de Hojas de Reclamaciones normalizadas donde el consumidor podr\u00e1 formular su reclamaci\u00f3n.
