La sentencia es firme, por lo que ya no tiene recurso alguno\u201d.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">El pasado 12 de enero de 2015, el Juzgado de lo Social n\u00famero 1 de M\u00f3stoles desestim\u00f3 la demanda interpuesta por el ex encargado general de ESMASA. Seg\u00fan la sentencia, Juan Carlos Clemente aleg\u00f3 \u00abfalta de concreci\u00f3n de los hechos\u00bb en la carta de despido, causando \u00abindefensi\u00f3n, prescripci\u00f3n, no ser ciertos los hechos, no siendo proporcional la sanci\u00f3n impuesta\u00bb, adem\u00e1s de no haber dado a conocer la situaci\u00f3n a su secci\u00f3n sindical de UGT.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Sin embargo, el Juzgado sentenci\u00f3, en su d\u00eda, la detecci\u00f3n de irregularidades en los expedientes, como la firma y recepci\u00f3n de facturas de piezas que no se entregaban o control de concursos, entre otras.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
