toxiinfecciones alimentarias provocadas por&nbsp;bacterias, virus o&nbsp;par\u00e1sitos.&nbsp;Estas contaminaciones suelen surgir por manipular, preparar o&nbsp;conservar&nbsp;impropiamente los alimentos. Hay que tener en cuenta unas peque\u00f1as pautas para que podamos disfrutar de unas fiestas navide\u00f1as sin sustos ya que, adem\u00e1s de fastidiarnos las fiestas, nos encontramos con serios problemas de salud en caso de sufrir problemas de este tipo\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Es b\u00e1sico lavarse las manos con agua caliente y jab\u00f3n antes y despu\u00e9s de manipular los alimentos, los productos de limpieza tienen que estar alejados de los mismos. En el caso de trapos y bayetas, hay que lavarlos despu\u00e9s de cada uso o utilizar desechables. Tambi\u00e9n no conviene cocinar grandes cantidades de comida ya que las sobras no se deben mantener m\u00e1s de 48 o 72 horas en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Adem\u00e1s, en estas fechas se elaboran platos muy variados, lo que&nbsp;conllevan muchas veces el uso de utensilios que se pueden utilizar indistintamente&nbsp;para cortar productos crudos o cocinados, carnes y pescados a la vez, etc. Estos utensilios son propensos a sufrir contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada por lo que tenemos que usarlos solo con un tipo de alimento. La&nbsp;zona de peligro va desde los cuatro hasta los 65 grados cent\u00edgrados. En esta banda, los microorganismos se multiplican con gran rapidez. Por debajo de los cuatro grados los microorganismos no se multiplican, pero est\u00e1n vivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Se recomienda, adem\u00e1s, la ultracongelaci\u00f3n. As\u00ed&nbsp;se evita que los microorganismos se desarrollen, por lo que se mantiene en perfecto estado de conservaci\u00f3n y se impide su deterioro, as\u00ed como el riesgo de persistencia del par\u00e1sito anisakis, presente habitualmente en pescados crudos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Se deben lavar muy bien las frutas y verduras antes de pelarlas, cortarlas, comerlas o cocinarlas. El lavado reduce las bacterias que pueden estar presentes en los productos frescos. Y en cuanto a las conservas, no se deben coger aquellas latas que tengan golpes o est\u00e9n abombadas o presenten zonas oxidadas, y desechar por completo las que al abrirlas desprendan gas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial;\">Alergias<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Se debe prestar atenci\u00f3n a las etiquetas ya que en numerosas ocasiones los alimentos contienen derivados de alg\u00fan ingrediente al que presentamos alergias y producen la misma reacci\u00f3n.
