background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">El Ayuntamiento de Alcorc\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la Empresa de Servicios Municipales de Alcorc\u00f3n, ESMASA, ha denunciado a la presidenta de la mesa de contrataci\u00f3n de la empresa p\u00fablica, Raquel Rodr\u00edguez, del grupo Ganar Alcorc\u00f3n, por dejaci\u00f3n de funciones al marcharse durante un mes entero de vacaciones y como consecuencia de ello, haber paralizado dos licitaciones de material por su ausencia.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Esto ha motivado que la empresa p\u00fablica ESMASA haya quedado desabastecida de recambios para los camiones con los que cuenta el servicio y pinturas, necesarias tambi\u00e9n para realizar las labores de mantenimiento y limpieza de la ciudad.<\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">El presidente de ESMASA, Ignacio Gonz\u00e1lez Velayos, realiz\u00f3, antes del verano, una planificaci\u00f3n de los concursos de estas licitaciones, que se iniciaron en junio y el plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de ofertas finaliz\u00f3 a finales de julio.<\/span><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Pese a ello, la presidenta de la mesa de contrataci\u00f3n de Ganar Alcorc\u00f3n se ha ido de vacaciones y no ha convocado durante el mes de agosto ni una sola mesa de contrataci\u00f3n y ha tenido que ser el presidente del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n el que formalmente solicitar\u00e1 la reuni\u00f3n de la citada mesa.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">\u201cLa forma de trabajar y de actuar de la presidenta de la mesa de contrataci\u00f3n que a su vez es representante de Ganar Alcorc\u00f3n es impresentable e intolerable. Esto es una verg\u00fcenza.
