Tambi\u00e9n han asistido representantes de la Guardia Civil, que actuar\u00edan en caso de refuerzo si lo solicitasen los servicios municipales en alg\u00fan momento, as\u00ed como de la Delegaci\u00f3n del Gobierno en la Comunidad de Madrid.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: #212121;\"><br \/> <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\"><br \/> <span style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">El Plan establece los dispositivos del Ayuntamiento de Alcorc\u00f3n y las Fuerzas de Seguridad, y es el documento base unificado para la coordinaci\u00f3n de todos los efectivos municipales con competencias en el desarrollo de un evento anual tan importante para el municipio. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\"><span style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">El dispositivo, que comenzar\u00e1 su despliegue el viernes, con el comienzo del preg\u00f3n, estar\u00e1 formado, de manera permanente, por los agentes de ambos Cuerpos de Polic\u00eda, que contar\u00e1n con el apoyo de efectivos de Bomberos y Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">El Plan se ha estructurado sobre el an\u00e1lisis del riesgo para personas y bienes, clasificando cada tipo de evento y la cobertura de medios de seguridad y protecci\u00f3n que requieren en funci\u00f3n del nivel de riesgo establecido. Como se viene haciendo los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, un gabinete especial de seguimiento de las Fiestas, presidido por la concejal de Presidencia y Seguridad, Ana G\u00f3mez, y formado por representantes de todos los Cuerpos de Seguridad y Emergencias de Alcorc\u00f3n, analizar\u00e1 el desarrollo de las mismas en la jornada previa y repasar\u00e1n los dispositivos establecidos para el d\u00eda, por si fuera preciso su modificaci\u00f3n o refuerzo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><b style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #212121; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">Protocolo contra la violencia sexual<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; color: #212121;\">Este a\u00f1o, el Plan Integral<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em; color: #212121;\"> <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 115%; color: black;\">de Seguridad y Emergencias para las Fiestas Patronales, Alcorc\u00f3n contar\u00e1 con un potente protocolo de prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia sexual, un plan espec\u00edfico en que el Ayuntamiento de Alcorc\u00f3n destina a polic\u00edas especializados en la investigaci\u00f3n y la prevenci\u00f3n de delitos a evitar que se produzcan conductas de este tipo. Para su elaboraci\u00f3n, se ha llevado a cabo un exhaustivo an\u00e1lisis de los posibles puntos sensibles en los que se pudieran producir este tipo de hechos, y que ser\u00e1n vigilados de manera especial. Asimismo, se contar\u00e1 con la colaboraci\u00f3n de todas las patrullas a las que se pondr\u00e1 en preaviso, haciendo un mayor esfuerzo en las horas en las que los j\u00f3venes vuelven a casa. Tambi\u00e9n se pone al servicio del plan todo el sistema de videovigilancia de las Fiestas Patronales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"line-height: 115%; color: black;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #212121;\"><span style=\"background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\">El Plan se completa con la inclusi\u00f3n de los Planes Espec\u00edficos de Seguridad y Emergencias en los tres escenarios de mayor riesgo: los fuegos artificiales, los conciertos en el auditorio Paco de Luc\u00eda y el propio conjunto del Recinto Ferial. Toda esta informaci\u00f3n se ve reforzada con la elaboraci\u00f3n de una cartograf\u00eda espec\u00edfica que permite un mayor conocimiento del entorno, la situaci\u00f3n de los efectivos y los accesos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">Cabe destacar que, tal y como marca la Ley, el auditorio Paco de Luc\u00eda tendr\u00e1 aforo limitado, como el a\u00f1o pasado, con control de acceso para no sobrepasar en ning\u00fan momento el n\u00famero de localidades permitidas, 7.500.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 3cm; text-align: justify; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-size: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"color: #212121; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">El alcalde, David P\u00e9rez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201ceste a\u00f1o hemos hecho nuevamente un Plan Integral de Seguridad en colaboraci\u00f3n con Polic\u00eda Nacional y Guardia Civil. El dispositivo es muy completo y todos los Cuerpos est\u00e1n coordinados. Es un planteamiento ejemplar, exhaustivo y con gran nivel de prevenci\u00f3n, por lo que felicito a todos los que han trabajado duramente para que este Plan se ponga en marcha. Hemos tomado como base la experiencia adquirida de a\u00f1os pasados, mejorando y puliendo los pocos puntos flacos que pudieron detectarse.
