La Junta de Gobierno Local ha aprobado conceder la licencia de primera ocupaci\u00f3n al nuevo edificio que albergar\u00e1 en el pol\u00edgono industrial Ventorro del Cano el Centro de Formaci\u00f3n e Investigaci\u00f3n en ingenier\u00eda aplicada a la automoci\u00f3n promovido por la escuder\u00eda Teo Mart\u00edn Motorsport. El nuevo centro de formaci\u00f3n, que ocupa una superficie de casi 12.000 metros cuadrados en la parcela 8 B del APD-6 \u201cAmpliaci\u00f3n Este Ventorro del Cano\u201d, se inaugurar\u00e1 en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Estas nuevas instalaciones contar\u00e1n con un centro \u00fanico en Europa para la formaci\u00f3n universitaria de ingenieros de automoci\u00f3n especializados en la competici\u00f3n, con un laboratorio biomec\u00e1nico y con un departamento de investigaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n especializado en nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">Motorsport, decidi\u00f3 promover este centro tras constatar la demanda por parte de varias universidades para que sus estudiantes de ingenier\u00eda hicieran pr\u00e1cticas en sus equipos de competici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 15.0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-weight: normal;\">El Motor Sport Institute (MSI) cuenta con los m\u00e1s avanzados laboratorios de<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">ingenier\u00eda, centro mecanizado, autoclave, bancos de prueba, rob\u00f3tica, etc. Adem\u00e1s, el edificio albergar\u00e1 la colecci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos de competici\u00f3n de Teo Mart\u00edn, una espectacular colecci\u00f3n formada por un centenar de piezas m\u00edticas que han hecho historia en el mundo del automovilismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
